Because sometimes spray painting yard sale junk is the best kind of therapy

Confession: Between running a business, wading through adoption paperwork, and planning a fundraiser event, life is filled to the brim right now and sometimes it gets overwhelming. Especially on a Monday morning when my to-do list is a mile long, and I don’t know where to start.

So, I gather my yard sale finds from the weekend and I scrub, and scrape, and paint.

This morning I am throwing the list out the window and doing what makes my heart happy. Breathing life into worn out, 50 cent junk that nobody else wanted. And it feels so good.
